The ideal class for beginners to hot yoga, but with a warmer temperature than our traditional hot classes. This warm class follows a set series of postures with options for Vinyasas and other variations. It is important and necessary for students to start with the basics to learn safe alignment and technique of postures which will be discussed thoroughly in this class. This is also a perfect compliment for the seasoned practitioner who desires to slow things down a bit and refine postures. Room is heated to about 85-90 degrees.
