Youth classes building foundational fitness skills, balance, core and agility setting your child up for physical and general success in life.

Minimum registration is 3. If the class does not fill, your money will be refunded and class for the month will be cancelled.

Special Instructions

Wear appropriate gym clothing. Nothing overly baggy.

Have clean, indoor gym/running shoes to change into for use inside the gym.
