This class centers our effort on releasing deep myofascial cartilidge within the body due to old injuries or work-related postural pain. We use yoga postures and breathing techniques to lock in on trigger points of deep tension for active/passive release. We also use the Dharma Yoga Wheel to assist gentle back-bending positions. Truely a deep tension release class for all skill levels!
NOTE: this class is not okay for those with CURRENT injuries relating to the spine, neck, shoulder, and hips. Please wait till your Dr releases you for exercise. Not for women who are pregnant.
