This is by far our signature and favorite class! This is what we are known for! This class is a meditative practive that uses props to support the body in positions of comfort and ease along with guided meditation and sound instruments to trigger the parasympathetic nervous system invoking a relaxation response.
This practice over time, reminds and ultimately teaches the body how to exist in a restful state of physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
