Starting with the basics ensures injury risk reduction as well as physical performance improvement. Our core goal in at this level is to introduce form and mechanics of sports performance. We will delve into anatomical terminology so that athletes understand the power of positioning and its benefits to the entire structure.

As we develop further into the progeman strength (the building block for power, speed, speed, endurance, reducing the risk, severity, and incidence of injury) will become a central focus. Our goal is develop sound core and lower body strength through two- or one-legged squat techniques. The development of strength is the basis for optimizing lower body superiority. We will use methods not limited to squat jumps, multi-response plyometric, banded or chain squatting, and heavy partial movements. Consistency is very important for maximal results.
