90 minutes dedicated to you, your breath, and your health. Be guided through a series of restorative yoga poses, fully supported by yoga props so you are able to move inward while allowing your breath and body find ease; blankets, bolsters, eye pillows, head wraps and sandbags will be used. A wonderful antidote to the stress and busy-ness of our lives. A much needed addition to your self-care routine. The final pose will take you into Yoga Nidra practice - a 20 minute Yoga Nidra practice is said to be equal to 3 hours of sleep - a guided mind/body meditation while you remain comfortably still. This combination is truly magic!
