<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Classes are primarily led by coach Val but often see Lisa, Jennifer and Mary run a class here and there too. Variety is the spice of life and we are here to offer it with a cohesive plan and unified coaching practices.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This class is included in our Class Pass purchase option or is $20 plus tax for drop-in.</span></p>
