This class is a mixed bag of everything including H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training), Tabata, Circuit training, general strength training, kettlebell training, the odd CrossFit like challenge and more.

Focusing on creating well rounded individuals with solid cardiovascular, muscular and athletic bases that allows them to take on any challenge in and outside the gym.

This class is designed to increase your vitality and help you go after all the amazing things life has to offer. Strong body, strong mind, strong future.

Classes are primarily led by coach Val but often see Lisa, Jennifer and Mary run a class here and there too. Variety is the spice of life and we are here to offer it with a cohesive plan and unified coaching practices.

This class is included in our Class Pass purchase option or is $20 plus tax for drop-in.

Class space is limited per class so register in advance.
