Think of this as a pop-up “yoga study hall” – a place where you can come and work on YOUR practice, physical or otherwise, with a teacher available to you so you can work on the things that you can’t get to in a led class. This is a space that will allow you to ask questions, get some individual attention, and work on whatever it is you need to work on that day, in your own time.
Like a Mysore room, you can come and go at any time within the posted time frame, but you don’t have to stick to any particular system. Use this time to come work on your practice in a space away from the distractions of home, but among like minded individuals. You may wish to work on asana, pranayama, study texts, or meditate. The idea is to have a place to go when you need a little extra support in developing your personal practice.
