Strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labour and delivery with a class designed to help you deepen your experience and enjoyment during pregnancy. Prenatal Strength & Restore is a perfect blend of restorative strength based movements & stretches to help build and maintain muscle, preparing the body for the marathon of labour. All levels welcome as there are options for all stages of pregnancy/experience offered. Learn to connect with your deep abdominals and pelvic floor to take pressure off overworked back muscles & provide toning to enhance postnatal recovery. These classes are beneficial anytime during your pregnancy. Each class is 75 minutes.

Format: Dedicating the first 15 minutes for group discussion on various topics and creating an opportunity to express thoughts and feelings one may be dealing with during their pregnancy with 60 minutes of physical practice to follow.

POLICY: Clients are entitled to 2 makeup classes during this series that can be applied to another class in the same series or future prenatal series. Please notify instructor in advance, if you will be absent from one of your enrolled classes to ensure you receive your makeup class.

Cost: $20 per class Early Bird Pricing of $15 per class offered up to one week before start date.  Plus hst.

First off take a moment to Thank YOURSELF for investing in some well deserved selfcare + YOU time! Pregnancy of course is a precious time in a woman's life but that doesn’t necessarily mean it's all sunshine + rainbows.... sometimes this can be a true testament of your inner + outer strengths as a lot of physical/mental aliments can present themselves during pregnancy + postpartum.

Our ultimate goal in our prenatal classes is to create a space where we can all come to share our path of motherhood without judgement of others or ourselves… whether you’re anticipating a unmedicated home birth… knowing right well you’ll be getting that epidural or are scheduled for a caesarian… in the end we are all choosing what we feel is right for us and our babes! We will also of course explore lots of feel good movements to help us process the physical/emotional demands of growing a human! Strengthening the body is just as important as relaxing the body… so consider where in your body needs more stability and where you feel you need to create more space!

Come as you are and do let me know if you are facing any minor/major health situations in your pregnancy...the more info I have the better I can tailor my teachings. Of course confirm with your health care provider to ensure that all is well for you to patriciate!
