In the Intermediate Pilates Class, you will be expected to:
-Have a working knowledge of fundamental exercise order, equipment and spring set-up and transitions
-Navigate safely with fewer points of contact
-Learn more complex rotational and side-bending exercises
-Adjust quickly to variations or additions as cued by instructor
Current students in this class may register for the following month between the 1st and the 15th of the month. New students can register starting on the 16th of the month.
