This Workshop is held on once a week for 6 Weeks.
Meets Sundays 1:30-2:30pm
Yogini’s learn Sun Salutations, basic yoga postures and move
at their own pace into more difficult postures. Yoga breath and
meditation are included as well as games and activities to build
self esteem, compassion for others as well as mindfulness and
community building.
