Barre offers an energized workout based on traditional ballet that is designed to lengthen, lift, and tone from head to toe. Set to upbeat music, this class will work the legs, glutes, and core. Barre starts with a warm up and includes a standing center portion, a barre portion, and a mat portion. Finish with some stretching, and this class is sure to leave you feeling like you’ve worked every part of your body. Achieving a body like a dancer is possible (even after baby!), and this class is designed to sculpt, increase flexibility, and provide cardio all at the same time!
