If you're new to Romana's Pilates and would like to try a group mat/tower class, this is the way to start!  Learn the proper form and and vocabulary of the mat work and start working with accessories from the "tower unit" (leg springs, arm springs, roll back bar, etc...).  Class size is limited to 7 people and the work is done on a stationary mat attached to a wall unit.  

*Clients must be generally healthy with no current injuries.
