This 'end of the year' workshop is a combination of a Vinyasa flow, focusing on releasing pent up energy and emotions, followed by a smooth transition into restorative poses to nourish the mind, body, and soul.

At the end of our practice we'll enjoy a community meal of homemade kitchari, an Ayurvedic dish suitable for everyBody.
