Feel the music and let it guide you into vigorous movement patterns, with repetition and constant flow. This is not about going fast, but being present and aware of your entire body, while flowing progressively from one movement pattern to the next.
We will begin with a short discussion and mindful preparation; energetic, full-body rhythmic movement will follow, concluding in a restorative stretch and relaxation. This special class is designed to motivate, invigorate and restore! Joyful movement that is just plain fun!
