Restorative Yoga is a slow-moving style of yoga with long held asanas (postures), passive floor stretches. It's also known as Yin Yoga.

Restorative Yoga stretches and
targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and
fasica, however the use of props are minimized. The aim of the
practice is to redirect the flow of body energy while increasing
circulation in the joints.
Yin Yoga, like Restorative, is gentle on the energy centers of the
body, yet will improve your overall flexibiity as the poses stretch
and exercise the tendons and ligaments that connect bone to
muscle.
Bring a towel to assist in certain postures.
