Barre + Pilates Flow is a dynamic class that will emphasize core work while stretching and toning the smaller muscles.  We will be center floor, on the floor and use the Barre in every class.
The class purpose is to tone, lengthen, and define the muscles in the core, legs, arms, and feet.
This class is all levels and "challenge by choice" philosophy. You push your own limits based on your ability.
We have mats to borrow for free. We encourage the use of Barre Sox or bare feet.

We encourage the use of barre sox or bare feet, but honor the needs of any individual if there is a need or desire to wear shoes.
