Add more grace and mindfulness with Barre + Pilates Flow. This dynamic class that will provide a gentle and challenging flow of Barre movements with traditional pilates core work. We will be center floor, on the floor and use the Barre in every class.
 
The class purpose is to tone, lengthen, and define the muscles in the core, legs, arms, and feet.
 
This class is all levels and "challenge by choice" philosophy. You push your own limits based on your ability.
 
We have mats to borrow for free. We encourage the use of Barre Sox or bare feet.
