Heel Lab is a class focusing on fluidity of movement, heel technique such as slides & glides, extension of movement, levity, transitions, and shapes.
Students will be presented with different exercises every week, varying from collaborative choreography, emotional prompts, or a specific heel technique. 7” heels or higher are required. Shorts and knee pads are strongly encouraged.
Requirements: This class requires a pole sit, jasmine, and the ability to hold a split grip pencil.
