Heel Lab is a class focusing on fluidity of movement, heel technique such as slides & glides, extension of movement, levity, transitions, and shapes. Each week the class will be presented with a different exercise or prompt varying from collaborative choreography, emotional prompts, or a specific heel technique. 7” Heels or higher are required, while shorts and knee pads are strongly encouraged.

Prerequisite: able to hold a sit, jasmine, and able to hold a split grip pencil
