Heel Lab is a class focusing on the fluidity of movement, heel techniques such as slides & glides, extension of movement, levity, transitions, and shapes.
Students will be presented with different weekly exercises, from collaborative choreography, emotional prompts, or a specific heel technique.
Requirements: This class requires a pole sit, jasmine, and the ability to hold a split grip pencil. 7” heels (sandals with ankle straps strongly preferred) or higher, and knee pads are highly encouraged! Shorts and knee pads are strongly encouraged.
