A 60 minute vinyasa flow for all the youngins 12-18, set to
hip hop to get into the groove of yoga and chill vibes on a Sunday
evening.
Teens, now more than ever, are over scheduled and stressed
out. This class will allow them to connect to themselves, gain
strength and flexibility, and a very much needed chill.
