weights to stimulate your muscles for toning mixed in with jabs,

workout.

functional. Tone up, slim down, and play hard!
KangooDANCE is...so much fun you’ll forget
you are working out! This class incorporates some of the new and
old school dance moves into a high energy, high intensity, cardio
workout.

Kangoo Jumps boots are rented in the studio or can be
purchased (ask your instructor for details)
For the most comfortable experience, it is highly recommended to wear long socks (knee high) when using our Kangoo Jumps rebound boots.
