This 60 minute class focuses on essential yoga postures, alignment, breath work, and technique. Experienced yogis have the opportunity in this class to move through a gentle practice while refreshing their foundations and finding new insights. Beginner friendly.
This is an in person class.
IN PERSON HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES -Participants will be spaced 6 feet -Space is limited and you must preregister for each class before you arrive. -Participants must wear a face covering at all times in the building. -We will no longer provide mats, blankets and props for the time being, so please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and any other props you would like to use. -Practice social distancing when arriving to and leaving the building. -Cleaning protocols will be implemented on our end. - No acute illness of any kind in the past 14 days in you or any member of your household, including: fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, chills/night sweats, muscle aches/pains, loss of taste/smell or fatigue -No domestic travel by plane within 14 days by you or any member of your household. -If you need to cancel your reservation for class, you must do this at least 3 hours before the class start time to retain the credit for that class.
