This
program is designed for working individuals wishing to participate
in yoga training yet needing a schedule that will work in harmony
with work and family obligations and not full weekends and/or long
sessions. The program meets on Monday and Thursday nights, a great
way to de-stress and feel in tune with your heart and mind after a
busy day. The anatomy portion of this course includes some online
lessons so participants can complete these studies at their own
pace. Reiki one is included and students meet for one weekend
elective and can chose between Chair yoga or Aerial Yoga. They have
flexible options to choose whatever weekend works best for
them. Students are given 20
classes to take at their convenience as part of their
practicum. No class on Nov. 26 or Dec. 24, 28 or 31 in respect to the
holidays.
