YIN Yoga focuses on releasing tension through connective
tissue in your body. Each pose is held for several minutes to allow
you to soften into the pose and find deep release. By softening
fascia, tendons, ligaments, you will gain flexibility and mobility
through the joints of your body.
*All classes will offer verbal cues for modifications based on
physical limitations as well as variations for you to have the
opportunity to go deeper into a pose. Hands on adjustment will be
offered to help you find alignment and deepen in poses.
