Tai chi is a series of slow, flowing motions and deep, slow breathing to exercise the body and calm the mind. You will move from one pose to another gradually shifting your weight and extending your limbs to challenge your balance. It looks and feels like a graceful dance. Tai Chi will help your balance, reduce the potential of debilitating falls, improve leg/core and upper body strength, flexibility, range of motion and reflexes. This class is wonderful for novices as well as students with some prior experience with Tai chi.
