Burn buildup features all 3 Buti HIIT (High Intensity Interval
Training) formats in a 60 minute period: Buti Bands, Buti Sculpt,
and HotCore. For this special six week buildup series we will
workshop each format before building up to the full hour of high
intensity movement. This class is perfect for all
levels!
Buti Bands is a HIIT- based resistance training workout
designed to lift & shape your booty while toning &
strengthening the hips. Bands are utilized during high-intensity
intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion while
targeting the hips and booty through lateral engagement. During
low- intensity intervals, students move through static yoga poses
to release the muscles group targeted during the high- intensity
intervals.
Buti Sculpt is designed to build long lean mass using HIIT to
amp up metabolism, fat burning, and EPOC ( excess post-exercise
oxygen consumption). Students move through high and low intervals
of set duration. Each set consists of a high-intensity interval
(dance cardio/ strength/conditioning) followed by a low-intensity
interval (static yoga pose) ti stretch and release the muscle
groups used in the high rounds. Increased calorie burn can last for
36 hours post workout.
HotCore utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to engage the
deep muscles of the core helping students progress exponentially in
their yoga practice. Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid
“drag” or friction creating resistance. The majority of movements
in HotCore build deep core strength through an exaggerated tucking
of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine. In
between sets, students move to static yoga asana to stretch and
lengthen. YOU DO NEED SOCKS TO PARTICIPATE *** HotCore is not

if they are expecting.
