Start your morning with a graceful and meditative hour long
practice that will stimulate your body, mind and soul. The first
half of the class uses yoga asana (postures) to gently wake up the
muscles and joints. The class concludes with pranayama,
dharana and dhyana (breathing, concentration and meditation
exercises) to put you in a positive mindset. You will feel
recharged and ready to take on what the rest of the day has in
store for you.
