In
this 6 week progressions series* you will continue
building skills, sequences, endurance and strength. Each class will
begin with conditioning, move onto silk skills and end with a short
period of relaxation in the hammock cocoon.
This
series includes 6 aerial hammock classes as well
as 6 fitness classes so you can continue
developing strength for your aerial practice! Use your 6 drop
in fitness classes for any of our other scheduled Pilates or
conditioning classes.

experience required!
