<div>Whether you are a new or seasoned yogi, this two-part foundational series focuses on the practices within the Eight Limbs of Yoga.</div>

<div>Practitioners will experience an interactive. safe, and awakening introduction to yoga history, the yamas and niyamas (yogic philosophy), asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), and dhyana (meditation).</div>

<div>In the<strong> first class</strong>, emphasis will be placed on exploring the history of yoga, yogic philosophy, and safe alignment in foundational postures. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>The <strong>second class </strong>will build upon the first and encourage the connection of movement (postures) with breath (pranayama) with a special focus on one-breath per movement sun salutations, as well as an exploration of various meditation practices.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Props will be used so every body can access and fully experience each posture.</div>
<div>All body types and abilities welcome.</div>
