In this class you will focus on moving your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. The aim is to achieve harmony within the mind, body, and spirit. Every class places great importance on breathing and breathwork, offering specified pranayama (breathing techniques) throughout class in addition to the asanas (physical postures).
