Dance Fusion is a cardio style dance class using only your
body weight and mixing functional moves such as squats, lunges and
jumps for a fun cardio workout. Think dance meets bootcamp! Each
song mixes 4-5 moves that you will pick up as you go along. We do
the song one time through and then move on to the next one keeping
our heart rates up. No dance experience necessary, let loose, have
fun, make some new friends and let your sassy self shine
through!
