You’ve mastered the basics — now it’s time to take your pole journey upside down! This level focuses on perfecting advanced spins and introducing foundational aerial tricks like laybacks, jasmines, choppers, and basic inversions.
With guided instruction and progressive training, you’ll continue to build strength, control, and confidence as you explore new shapes and transitions on and off the pole.
Course Structure: 6 progressive classes taught over 12 weeks (each class runs twice to allow practice and growth).
