It's that time! The Buffalo running community is starting to sign up for everything from a 5k to a marathon. Incorporating stretching into your running routine is a great way to increase flexibility, muscular strength and recovery. Not to mention decreasing likelihood of injury, increase focus, and work on breathing efficiency. Join us for a mixed yoga class including a variety of hatha, yin and myofascial release.
This series of classes will build on a February 3rd workshop that examines common areas of injury and tightness for runners and encorporates 4 techniques for increasing range of motion in a cross training routine.
