In this last class of the day, you will get a combined boxing and kickboxing full body workout.  Each 60 min.  class starts with a warm up and then moves into boxing and kickboxing rounds separated by cardio and strength exercises.  The class will help you refine your boxing and kickboxing techniques while building upper and lower body strength and endurance. In time you will also enjoy new confidence in your ability to handle yourself in any situation.
