Summer Yoga Body (SYB) is
designed to help you create a foundation and stay committed to your
yoga practice, especially during the busy months of summer AND is
particularly important this year in light of current
events.
Summer Yoga Body Challenge runs
from May 1st through August 31st! Your goal is to complete 12 yoga
practices EACH month for a total of 48 yoga practices by the end of
the challenge! All class types count toward your total, simply
track your progress on our challenge tracking chart. Zoom and in
studio (when we are able to re-open) classes count toward your
challenge total!
You can register online with a
$15.00 challenge enrollment fee.
*Enrollment
fee does NOT include yoga classes. If you are not currently on a
membership or pass, you can purchase online when booking your
sessions.
