Do you ever wonder if you're doing a posture correctly when you're in hot yoga class? Even though the instructor gives you a lot of information, there's no time to stop and ask questions when you'rein a full class!
In our Original Hot Yoga posture workshops, we'll choose a couple of exercises to review in detail, so that you can be sure you're doing your asanas correctly and getting the most out of your class.
In our first clinic of the year on Feb 22nd, we'll focus on the first three postures of class: half moon pose (with side bending, back bending, and hands to feet pose), awkward pose, and eagle pose. Our studio owner Juliana will break down every posture and help you find the best approach for YOUR body.
