This 4 week course is designed for those curious about pole fitness. Students will learn safety, basic grips, and beginner moves. This course will not be focusing on the dance and flow aspect of pole, but more the proper technique and specific moves. This is the perfect course for anyone new to pole! Please note that This will only show up on the first day of your course, but will repeat for 4 weeks at the same time and day. Please plan to come all 4 sessions. All 4 sessions are included in this one price and cannot be combined or changed to another course or class.
