Moving Meditation
This specialty course explores flowing vinyasa variations coupled with breathing and mantra techniques. Experience yoga as a moving meditation. Each class builds progressively from one practice to the next.
Discover how you can incorporate breath work and meditation into your flow practice so that it serves body and mind both. The course will cover techniques you can easily add to your existing yoga practice to take it beyond the muscular-skeletal system and impact the physiological, emotional and psychological sides of you as well.
This will be a hybrid class with the option to be in-person with Margo at Longevita each week OR live stream practices from home.
Course includes:
- five, 75-90-minute flow +
meditation practices
- time for Q&A with Margo
Note that flow practices for this series
will not be alignment-focused, and is meant to be accessible to all
levels. Alignment and posture cueing will be minimal and sequences
kept relatively simple to allow space for each participant to
really tune into their own mindfulness and
breathing.
GREAT
FOR: Experienced yogis interested in designing a more
personalized practice; Newer yogis who would like a slower
paced flow class with time to better understand all that goes
into a meditative flow practice.
