Join us for a six-week small group training program that gives you everything you need in one package. We will meet on Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:00 am for two workouts that hit your strength and cardio needs for the week! The cost of the program is $120 and that includes all classes plus your FREE six-week class pass to any PowerFull Fitness class in the area (see below for more info on that!)
Wednesdays: Total Body Strength &
Conditioning
This class is a total body workout with a focus on building
strength. The core of the workout will be circuit training with a
combination of strength training and cardio for maximum
results. Each class the workout will be different but will
always work every major muscle group and increase the heart rate
for awesome after class burn. The workouts are designed so
that each person sees their strength increase week after week.
Fridays: Cardio and Core
This class focuses on cardio endurance. Varied styles of cardio
work will be done from high
intensity intervals to longer endurance sets. The goal of the class
is to increase cardiovascular endurance. Class will also place an
emphasis on core work – building the foundation of
your FITness with powerhouse muscles such as the abdominals
and glutes.
