A flow of
classica hatha yoga postures, sometimes based on Surya Namaskar
(Sun Salutations) that awakens you body, mind and spirit while
maintaining a sense of calm and relaxation. This class is led with
a variety of modifications for theindividual, makingit suitable for
most levelsof practitioner. We often include pranayama (breathing
exercises), meditation, and always deep relaxation! All levels are
welcome!
