Chakras, also known as the wheels of life, are portals between
the physical and spiritual realm. Chakras go by many names, and
mostly, by numbers, and are associated with seven basic levels of
consciousness.
Chakras can be open, closed, or excessive and deficient, depending
on the state of our consciousness. All seven major Chakras are also
inseparably interrelated. The content of Chakras is formed largely
by repeated patterns from our action in day-to-day life, and we are
the center point of these action.
Join Alena on October 17th, from 2-4pm, to learn how to explore,
activate, and balance your Chakras by learning their nature and
energetic charge using active yoga poses and also holding
meditative restorative poses designed to target each specific
Chakra. This workshop will close with a guided Chakra meditation at
the end.
