A unique meditation class that is multi layered to allow the
student to explore several meditative practices and states of
mindfulness. Exploring what's more accessible or not for their
personal practice to soften and connect. Class includes intro
guided mantra, pranayama (breath), seating, standing, walking
and/or laying meditation practices to help students relax and
better manage stress.
New to meditation or been practicing for a long time, all are
welcome and encouraged to engage in this 45min class. You may bring
a yoga mat or a pillow to sit on, anything that you feel would help
you personalize your space for comfort, and please wear something
comfortable.
