- three 2.5 hr. workshops including the Yoga Sutras, the History of Yoga, the 5 Elements, and the Bodies (physical, subtle, and causal) in reference to their role in your wellbeing
- weekly check-ins

April 18: The History and the 5 Elements
May 2: The Bodies (physical, subtle, and causal)
