Join Victoria of Little Soul Yoga for 4 fun and engaging yoga and mindfulness sessions for children 5 – 11 years, with a focus on kids personal power, shining that strong and bright light within!
Kids benefit so much from yoga and mindfulness and need these tools more than ever! These practices help children to feel strong and confident in their bodies and calm in their minds The practices taught will also give them the opportunity to learn self-regulation skills, allowing them to navigate real life situations on their own.

More and more studies show that yoga and mindfulness enhances the mind-body connection for children creating an improvement in children’s executive functioning, more balance in the body, an increase self-confidence, creativity, joy and giving an overall sense of calm. These heart centred practices help children towards a greater sense of themselves in a challenging world, focusing on kindness and compassion – toward themselves and others.
These one hour sessions will include breathwork, yoga postures, partner and group work, fun mindfulness games, relaxation – and we will end each session with an art/craft piece.
It’s a beautiful introduction to yoga and mindfulness for children, planting seeds, learning skills to take home and into school – but most importantly it’s about joy and finding that power and strength within!
