Class is slower paced and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in the foundational poses of yoga. You will explore building a sustainable yoga practice and receive individualized attention as you gain flexibility, strength, and balance. Suitable for beginners and continuing students.

**To attend virtually, preregistration is required a minimum of 2 hour prior to the start of the class. You will receive an email invitation to the online class 15 minutes prior to the class. The teacher will be available online 10 minutes prior to class to say "hello," connect, and take any requests for the class on this date. 

Don't worry if you aren't able to attend the LIVE class. If you are pre-registered, you  will recieve a link to the class that you can download and keep as long as you would like a few hours after the end of the class.
