THIS CLASS RUNS LIVE VIA ZOOM. This class is designed to help students slowly stretch tight muscles and loosen stiff joints. Students will be lead into a variety of gentle yoga postures and stretches with emphasis on alignment, creating stability, and gaining flexibility. This class is great for beginners, people with physical limitations, anyone looking to take it slow and easy or just get a good stretch.

Here's what you need to do.
1) Download the Zoom Meetings App. Go to your app store or www.zoom.us
2) A good internet/data connection.
3) Any device that you can access your email from and have the Zoom app.
4) IMPORTANT! Be sure you have ALL email notifications TURNED ON in your Yana Yoga/Wellness Living profile, otherwise you will not get the email with the link.
