This is a bodyweight class online. I will show regressions and progressions to customize the workout to fit your current fitness level. Like always, go at your pace and take breaks when needed. Sign up for the video the night before. An email will go out by 8am the morning of with a link to the video. The video will expire at midnight that night. NEW videos are released every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Tuesday and Thursday are repeats of Monday and Wednesday videos.
