THIS CLASS RUNS LIVE VIA ZOOM. Healthy range of motion and muscle development in the hips is essential for a happy back and body. Postural alignment in everyday functional movement is often connected to tightness and/or weakness in the hips, torso, and upper legs. Creating adequate strength and mobility in these places (with the hips being the center of it all) can help create better mobility and alignment throughout the body, ease back pain, relieve stress in the legs and feet, and release stuck energy and emotions.
This is an all levels class. Moderate options will be given for those that want a stronger practice.

Here's what you need to do.
1) Download the Zoom Meetings App. Go to your app store or www.zoom.us
2) A good internet/data connection.
3) Any device that you can access your email from and have the Zoom app.
