This Pilates Semi Private ONLINE is for level 2 (intermediate) and up. The class is limited to 5 people to ensure individual instruction from the instructors and to assist clients in progressing together in their strength and abilities.


Special Instructions

Register in advance for this class on ZOOM. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the class via ZOOM including a meeting ID and password.

Please make sure to register beforehand. When it is time for your class allow yourself extra time to log in and ensure your camera and audio are working properly.

In addition, we recommend at minimum a yoga/pilates mat. Additional props that would be helpful to have are: 5 lb. hand weights, foam roller, magic circle, theraband, and a ball. You can find links to purchase those items here
