Stay strong, centered & mindful of your intentions no matter where you are! This is a 45 minute live barre class where you'll see and hear your instructor and they'll see you throughout class to provide personalized feedback, guidance and encouragement and stay connected to your wellness routine and community.
You'll want a yoga mat or other comfortable floor surface where you can stand, sit or lie down comfortably, and you'll set-up with the back of a chair next to you, or a counter top to serve as your "barre". A set of light weights will be helpful (2-4lbs each) or a couple cans of soup will do the trick!
Connect to the class 5 minutes prior to start time with a computer or tablet that has a camera. Can't wait to see you in the virtual studio.
