You must have completed minimum of 2 intro to bungee classes to be eligable for this class. 

Running shoes are required suggested to wear thicker shorts with padding and or a waist belt. 

 PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A WEIGHT CONDITION FOR THIS CLASS – MAXIMUM OF 275 LBS.
